Unlike windshields, vehicle side windows cannot be repaired once they're damaged. Replacement is the required solution because side windows are manufactured differently and aren't designed for glass repair. Before replacement begins, our glass specialists use your vehicle identification number (VIN) to identify the correct Original Equipment Equivalent (OEE) glass for your vehicle.
Once the replacement glass has been received, we carefully remove the damaged glass, prepare the opening, install the replacement window, and verify that it operates properly before returning your vehicle. If your replacement is covered by insurance, we can also assist with the claims process, including customers insured through State Farm and Mercury when applicable.
